The walrus, with his girth and his good nature, he obviously represents either Buddha, or, or with his tusks, the Hindu elephant god, Lord Ganesha. That takes care of your Eastern religions. Now the carpenter, which is an obvious reference to Jesus Christ, who was raised a carpenter's son, he represents the Western religions. Now in the poem, what do they do? What do they do? They, they dupe all these oysters into following them and then proceed to shuck and devour the helpless creatures en masse. I don't know what that says to you, but to me it says that following these faiths based on mythological figures ensures the destruction of one's inner being. Organized religion destroys who we are by inhibiting our actions, by inhibiting our decisions out of, out of fear of some, some intangible parent figure who, who shakes a finger at us from thousands of years ago and says, and says, "Do it... do it and I'll fuckin' spank you."

It’s officially December.

I really wish I had an advent calendar. Those give every day new meaning in the form of small chocolate amorphous blob that is supposed to be a shape.

I really wish I was at home to decorate the house. This is the third straight year I will not be able to put out the carousel, or put up the lights, or hang the many decorations on the tree. We have an entire collection of Disney ornaments, and even though my mom doesn’t put them up anymore, I love looking at them. I hope I can have them when I finally get a place for good.

Christmas is depressing when you’re away from loved ones. Well, it’s just really depressing at school, where everyone is overshadowed by exams. Bummer.

This will be the second last Christmas I spend like this! At least, due to my Bachelors … who knows what horrors the world will hold after that?

I’ll probably take a break then. That’s what I’ve been thinking.

This is my tattoo. It is remarkable that I never needed touchups. Also, this is an example of my natural, unstraightened hair. It is wavy. I always thought I had straight hair, guess I wasn’t paying enough attention.
